Janez engages in responsible redevelopment of mixed use infill projects in suburban “Downtown” areas that are sought after by communities based on a successful track record that benefits the community. This niche development is driven by long term investment strategy by the partnership and based on the concept of sweat equity of key development members that reduces the initial investment and development risk.
The team has a defined operation agreement that spells out the roles and responsibilities as well as the investment equity in the partnership. Key to the success of the partnership is trust, responsiveness and a belief & commitment to the vision of the redevelopment project.
The character of the architecture will be based on weaving the fabric of a community together to highlight the strength of the local identity and the benefits of density in the metro "downtown" areas surrounding Boston. The redevelopment will seek to increase the population density, and the residents ability to live, shop and work within walking distance of the downtown area. Walking distance to a commuter rail station and areas of recreation are also key components to this sustainable concept.
Janez will also work with the communities and municipalities to concurrently address the functional and infrastructure needs of the area. This community involvement is pivotal for the success of the regenerative development.
