Description: The Massachusetts Farm Bureau Federation in search for a new home, found a 6,000 SF building along Lake Williams in Marlboro, Massachusetts. In addition to reconfiguring the offices and conference space within the two storey structure, MFBF also wanted to comply with accessibility requirements. New toilet rooms, door hardware, curb cuts and maneuvering clearances were provided along with the installation of a vertical lift. Janez worked with the General Contractor to expedite the documents and coordinate changes in the field during construction to meet the required time line. The MFBF moved into their new offices in advance of their deadline.
